Relative measure of how difficult it is to reach a specific survey site where 1 = easily accessible and 5 = difficult to reach by both foot and vehicle.

Fish Barrier
Anything in the stream that significantly interferes with upstream movement of fish.
Infrastructure Threat
An infrastruture (i.e., public works systems such as roads, bridges, or any other man-made structure) that is or will be affected wihin 10 years by continued erosion.
Land Use
Dominant land use closest to stream (within 50') when facing downstream; includes: crops, pasture, lawn, paved, shrubs & small trees, forest, multiflora rose.
Length
Length of stream that appears to be unstable and has an erosion problem; measured in feet unless otherwise indicated.

Pipe Outfalls

Rating
 A range of 1-5, where 1 = Severe and 5 = Minor
Stream Bank
 The side of the stream bank surveyed; always looking downstream.
Tributary Size
 Dry Drain: Varying sizes, flows only in wet weather or storms.
Trickle: Barely running, but constant tiny flow, inches wide.
Stream: Running freely and constant; feet across, inches deep.
Creek: Yards across, a few inches to feet deep, named tributary (i.e., Breakneck Run, Indian Run).

Actual water depth width, as opposed to creek bank depth and width; measured in feet unless otherwise indicated.
