Pipe Outfalls
Any pipes or small man-made channels discharging into the stream through the stream corridor. Examples: earth or concrete channel, or concrete, smooth metal, corrugated metal, or plastic pipe.
Rating
A range of 1-5, where 1 = Severe and 5 = Minor
Stream Bank
The side of the stream bank surveyed; always looking downstream.
Tributary Size
Dry Drain: Varying sizes, flows only in wet weather or storms.
Trickle: Barely running, but constant tiny flow, inches wide.
Stream: Running freely and constant; feet across, inches deep.
Creek: Yards across, a few inches to feet deep, named tributary (i.e., Breakneck Run, Indian Run).

Actual water depth width, as opposed to creek bank depth and width; measured in feet unless otherwise indicated.
